It’s not the first time that I have stayed here and that is the reason to return. A nice hotel. Big and clean in a good location for most Of the attractions in Skopje. I’ll stay here again the next time I return. Staff were very friendly and eager to please with a good command of the English language.

This is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast is decent, the location is perfect, and the rooms are spotless. However, the real highlight is the outstanding service from the family who runs the hotel—truly 10/10. The youngest son, Behar, was an incredible guide and a genuinely great person. It is a dated property with most horrendous breakfast possible. It does not worth the money they charge. Room was dated and heater did not heat the room properly. Front desk lady was helpful but hotel needs a lot of work. Parking was one of the selling point since it is impossible to find proper parking in the center city Skopje. I must add that hotel is super convenient if you are looking for a place close to the old bazaar.

The Photos of the Room on Hotels.com are nothing like in actual real life - the rooms are AWFUL, the breakfast area is really low, low, low level, almost like a shed for workers working at a construction site. It is simply misleading when booking. The staff were great but the condition of the hotel is simply unacceptable

This is what I’d call a “wow” hotel. The staff was phenomenal from check in to check out. They even prepared a nice breakfast bag to go as I left at 1 am for the airport. The room was very nice with excellent WiFi. Next door to the hotel was the Old Bazaar for many shopping and dining opportunities. I met the son of the owner who was equally as impressive as he shared the long term vision for the hotel. They are growing and exceeding because of the exceptional staff at all levels of the organization. Congrats! Highly recommended without an exception
