Estadia excelente. As camareiras sao muito prestativas e atenciosas. Apenas como crítica construtiva, deve-se atentar para a limpeza do ar condicionado do apartamento 512. Percebi que está na hora de limpá-lo pelo fato de estar formando gelo nele.

Antes de fechar estava apreensiva por conta da localização, por conta de algumas referências , mas achei tranquilo, bastante policiamento tbm. A parte ruim e q fica de frente para uma avenida e faz barulho.

O hotel é antigo e fica em uma área muito ruim de SP. Apesar da localização a região tem policiamento constante (provavelmente por conta da insegurança na região). O quarto tem bom espaço, mas precisam melhorar as vedações das janelas, pois o som invade o quarto com muita facilidade. Da mesma forma, o frio (ou o calor, dependendo da época) também toma conta do ambiente. O café da manhã é bem fraco… um dos piores que já vi, além da organização ruim e da deficiente reposição dos itens.

Hotel simples com café simples mas atende ao básico.O destaque está para o chuveiro que é maravilhoso, a pressão é tão forte que parece que a pessoa está fazendo ducha escocesa rsrs. A região é muito movimentada por ser centro, tem muitos moradores de rua e etc, mas eu andei tudo e foi super tranquilo.
