Also the traditional dance dinner show was educational, entertaining, and added a historic touch to the experience of staying in Cambodia. Hotel tour guides were great too! I had a memorable time.

AC lacking in common areas

The snack they gave us, fried plantains and peanuts, were so good. But we were rushed and take away of the food wasn’t offered. The packaged version of the peanuts in the room wasn’t as good. We generally liked the place. We were only given one key card which also turned off the electricity in the room every time we took it with us when we left. Temperature in the room when we got back wasn’t as comfortable. All common areas had no AC. Very uncomfortable when the temperature was 90-95F. We ate at the hotel a few times. Food was just OK. Not great. We sought out restaurants with AC, such as the Hyatt. There must have been a mosquito in the room. We were bitten on our legs so many times. The pool was nice, although the stepped entry was a little difficult.

I loved this hotel and the staff were amazing. It’s a great location, very easy to walk to Pub Street where there’s lots of options for dinner. The staff made my partner and I feel so welcome from the personalised greetings to the refreshing drinks by the pool and fabulous Khmer food picnic lunch and the ladies in the spa were lovely too. It’s like an oasis amongst the bustle of Siem Reap. Thank you Jack, JB and Anna for making our stay an amazing experience.

Such an amazing stay here. From the very beginning prior to arriving the service was impeccable. Great communication and someone was there to pick us up. The check in was seamless and they even gave us some additional perks. All the staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The food was to die for. Such a central location and easy to walk to pub street.

Fantastic stay!

Amazing hotel that we cannot recommend enough to anyone staying in Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout the entire stay. They gave us excellent recommendations and helped us to organise all of our travel to the temples and to Tonlé Sap. The room was great and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We are vegetarian and they catered well for us. We also enjoyed the traditional dance performance that they put on for guests. Better service than in even the most expensive hotels we have stayed in.

Best staff I have ever met.

This was the most amazing staff I have ever met at a hotel. The staff were both thoughtful, polite but had an excellent sense of discretion. We were met by the best driver Mr Ravuth at the airport and he accompanied us for the next 4 days as well. I can’t thank the staff enough for the experience and a very clean and luxurious hotel.
