Great! Affordable and adorable.

This hotel was affordable. The rooms were nice and clean. No sketchy people and it felt very safe. My husband walked up to meet me and check me out. It was a very pleasant stay. The owners were also very nice with a wonderful little family. Would definitely stay again.

Mr. Patel was GREAT! I messed up my reservation, called Mark with Hotels.com. He spoke with Mr. Patel and Mr. Patel made my mistake go away. The Hotel, being a little older, was very possibly the CLEANEST hotel I have stayed at. And that list of hotels is long. And by the way. You really should remove the ECO crap question. The Heritage Inn is an old fashioned motel. Outside access. It appears it is trying to improve things but there is a long way to go. It is pretty basic. Room was clean. Towels very thin. Very small bar of soap. They did provide clean towels each day. During week made up bed. No coffee maker and no place nearby to get it. If looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a night or two, this location meets that need. Did not see any area where kids could play.

Excellent!

The people that run this Inn are amazing! I make all the travel arrangements for our guys including paying for their rooms in advance (they don't travel with the card). I missed this one when booking through Hotels.com and realized that they were going to have to pay when they got to the Inn. I made one phone call and the lady that answered the phone didn't skip a beat and told me not to worry that she would run the card that was on file when the guys got there. We had to go back another night and my tech didn't hesitate about telling me that he wanted to stay there again. Thank you so much for being so kind!
