We stayed here with the previous owners in 2023. I have to say this visit was so much better. The staff was friendly and helpful. Sheena even went and made sure the hot tub was correctly set so I could relax after my drive up. We definitely will be staying here again!

Staff were great and welcoming, with entrance clean and fresh look and smell. Indoor pool and surroundings were clean and organized. Clean room ,bedding, all supplies for toiletries stocked. Frig. cold , coffee maker worked fast and tv worked well. As these things I've stated are things sometimes at other facilities that are not to minimum standards. But yes here had direct attention to what a quality reputation has to offer

Hot tub and pool are amazing, wish they were open longer hours. The elevator is super small but at least it is available. The location is amazing right at expressway and just around the corner from town /restaurants. Breakfast is strictly continental but still good.

Very friendly staff, however the carpet was so dirty in the room it made the stay uncomfortable. Fresh paint, but needs new carpet badly. The scent in the room was overly floral and too strong. Lobby was locked so didn’t get to see or enjoy the breakfast.

It was a very pleasant stay. I stayed there for two days and it was lovely. The Staff is so helpful, i would give special appreciation for his commendable attitude. All amenities are included and is very close the Mackinaw Island and bridgeview point . You can get a shuttle for sheplers feryy, saves you 15 dollar!!!. Strongly recoomend the place.

Staff who greeted us on our arrival was friendly and very accomodating. Our room and the hotel looks clean, hot tub was relaxing. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, milk, orange juice, boiled egg, toast, yogurt, and a selection of apple or banana. If you are a heavy breakfast eater this will probably not be a good fit for you but it kept us on the go. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean. Unfortunately the pool was a bit too cold. Breakfast was good considering we stayed in the off season, but I wish there had been more choices.
