Séjour très agréable, le Méhari est un hôtel spacieux et très luxueux. Le personnel est très prévenant et très attentionné. Les équipements de qualités piscine extérieure surveillée jusqu'à 18h, interdite après, donc bruyante de 9h à 18h, mais on ne l'entend pas de toutes les chambres, après 18h l'hôtel est très calme, la mer est à 100m, baignade surveillée. Mustapha et son équipe prennent soin, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, des personnes qui utilisent le centre de Thalasso, hammam, sauna, grande piscine jacuzzi, salles de massage. La salle de restaurant est grande, ne pas s'attendre à des repas gastronomiques, grand choix de variété de plats pour répondre aux maximum au désir de tous, donc au détriment de la qualité, mais dans l'ensemble cela reste correct. Enfin la ville de Tabarka est pittoresque avec son marché, ses boutiques de souvenirs le long du port, à voir le soir. Je n'ai pas eu à discuter les prix comme préconisé dans d'autres villes en bord de mer, les prix sont affichés dans de nombreux magasins. La température est plus tempérée et donc plus supportable que dans le sud.

J’ai dû changer la chambre deux fois car il n’y avait pas de climatisation à la première chambre et il y avait une très mauvaise odeur à la deuxième chambre J’ai du appeler le service client d’hotels.com pour pouvoir changer la chambre. À éviter !

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand

Zimmer war mit Blick auf´s Meer, so dass man morgens vom Meeresrauschen geweckt wurde - sehr schön! Toller Service in Restaurant und Bar. Eine Dame an der Rezeption hätte freundlicher sein können. Zimmer einfach, aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, aber ok. Essen im Restaurant frisch und lecker Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg nach Tabarka rein

CHAUFFAGE INEXISTANT dans les chambres et l´hôtel.

On nous a changé 3 fois de chambre pour en trouver une dont la climatisation était en état de marche... Oui la clim soufflait ... mais de l´air froid. Nous avons passé la nuit habillés. Le lendemain matin nous avons quitté l´hôtel, malgré une proposition pour une suite (un 4ème changement??!!!) en expliquant que si leur climatisation réversible ne pouvait pas chauffer une chambre normale, alors une suite... Merci à Expedia qui a négocié le remboursement de la 2ème nuit. :=) Certaines photos de piscine intérieure sont fausses: elle est certes très grande et propre, mais il n´y a aucun jacuzzi, ni jet d´eau... et surtout elle est très mal chauffée... comme tout le reste de l´hôtel (on gardait les vestes et même le bonnet pour certains en mangeant)

it was not good at all the lift was not working , and my room was in the second floor with my baby and my bags .... it was triple the desk manager was not helpful at all ... overall was very bad experience my trip to Tunis was for 8 days , in 3 different hotels the other two was very good but this one , not at all it is not worth the money and it was bad expirnce

Séjour du 06 au 13 août 2017

Séjour balnéaire agréable, un personnel attentif aux besoins des clients, un hôtel qui ne s'est pas encore remis intégralement du printemps arabe malgré les efforts du personnel (les rideaux des chambres mériteraient un bon nettoyage et d'être reacroche correctement, ça sent la vétusté, mais notre chambre a ete entretenu de manière impeccable pendant notre séjour). Une mention particulière pour la cuisine, les plats étaient nombreux et variés et chose rare enTunisie, il y avait toujours des legumes variés au menu et bien cuisinés. Dommage que le comportement des clients ne soient pas à la hauteur dans le salle de restaurant, bousculade à l'entrée du restaurant et autour des buffets, gâchis monstrueux de nourritures (empillages d'assiettes pleines sur les tables qui ne seront pas consommer au détriment d'autres clients, une personne fait la queue et des que c'est son tour on appelle les copines ou les copains, on s'attribue une pince afin de se servir plus commodément de tous les plats....).

Dirty. No wifi. Cheap and rabish furniture.

We left this hotel after one day although we booked four days. Even my money i didnt get back. it is so durty rooms, no wifi in the room only in the lobby. The pillow and mattress cover is durty and very old full of spots and when we call the responsible to change she said it is washed but because it is old these spots are unremoveble .The breakfast is so cheep and very bad service no glasses no spoons no forks and plates very old looks durty. They dont respect at midnight time some body from reception knok the door and said that he is checking the room . I want my money back...
