Comfortable room and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, both seats in the room were soiled. Fortunately or unfortunately, we didn’t notice this until check out, but we were grateful to be leaving.

Staff was rude and the cops were even called due to the staff fighting. Children were there and scared. Staff even yelled at several hockey teams for the kids using the pool or sitting in lobby. Overall a bad customer service experience and would not go back. Family felt uncomfortable

Beds were very comfortable!

Their rooms were very comfortable! Very nice staff. The disappointment was their elevator was out and we had to hike up the steps will all our baggage We would definitely stay their again!

This property was in a quiet, secluded area. The staff was very nice upon arriving. The room was a nice size, very clean and spacious. The morning breakfast was fantastic. I will be staying here again in the future!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our two night stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Great location with everything we needed nearby. We would choose this property again for a future trip.

Expected better

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Carpet was dirty. Pool floor and area had not been cleaned, dirty footprints all over. Room had musty odor. Elevator out of order a majority of our stay.

Clean but room not completely ready for guests

The only issues we had was the elevator was out of service for our first visit. The second visit our room did not have a shower curtain and there were no cups to make coffee.

Great location for music

Perfect location for the Meadow brook amphitheater. Lots of food choices nearby. Hotel was clean good service good coffee bed was comfortable about 1o minutes from the amphitheater

Room was decent and clean but thermostat/ air didn’t work well. Pool was dirty with sand and rocks in it. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

A okay stay

I originally thought I received a room with king but got 2-doubles. The room had an odor when we walked in but it got better once we sprayed. The room setup was weird but it was okay. The breakfast was not replenished consistently so I only had a few items. The room’s floor you could see stains and the need for a deep clean. The area was okay. Your between a Walmart and Meijer, your next to a nice restaurant but there wasn’t many good food options.

Breakfast - Great, a lot of options and it was pretty good tasting food as well. Room - Pretty good, but I didn’t feel like we could keep the room cool enough and had to set it to 66 with Dan always on, just to be comfortable. Staff - Started off good, but then when we were all breakfast on Sunday they kept complaining about kids and running in the halls, even though they were walking together and not running. We were also asked to pickup after other people eating instead of asking the people who made the mess. Refund - We didn’t have to stay Sat Night into Sunday so we checked out early. I did not know because I used Hotels.com that, that meant I wouldn’t get a refund for the one night. I will not be using Hotels.com in the future and I will book directly with the Hotel. Overall, we will not stay in this Hotel again.

Breakfast very good. Shower had no water pressure, so very difficult to get a good shower. No hair dryer in room and had to get one delivered to room. Elevator not working. Had to carry luggage up stairs. Room was clean; bed was comfortable.

" Better Price Better Stay"

The room and the hotel was very clean. My daughter was going to check into Marriott, but she changed her mind when I told her how nice, clean, modern and a better price. She decided to check in at Holiday Inn & Suites.
