​Outdated 80s-style property with major maintenance issues. Check-in took extra effort to get the king bed we paid for, both the pool and hot tub were cold, the room fan clanked, and a low-battery smoke alarm beeped through the night. The hardworking staff, great night bar, and excellent breakfast buffet save this place, but Marriott needs to invest in renovations ASAP.

We had a little bumpy check in. I needed a conjoined room because I had elders that I needed to watch during the night and give them medication. I called the hotel explaining the situation and called Hotel.com they added on the instructions. When arrival - there was no information about my request. I showed them on phone and showed them that I called on a Thursday afternoon ( my check in was on Saturday, plenty of time). Finally with the desk representative she was able to take care of my needs. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. I appreciate the help from a stressful drive to arrive to the hotel.
