Second stay at this property within 2 weeks (stopover pre and post cruise). Ideally located in a fabulous area full of shops, restaurants and beautiful views. Property has extremely tiny rooms and beds but overall clean and a great stay!

Small rooms which is the norm in Amsterdam, breakfast was ok, coffee was great but we ate at the restaurant one night and it was poor. Overall we would return as the location is great and straight off the tram from the main train station (4 or 14 tram)

Expect a smaller room and staying in Rembrandtplein to be a little noisy at night. But overall it is an amazing area to stay at. The hotel and staff were excellent and never had an issue with our stay. Breakfast was as expected with a good variety to start your day. The patio diner had good food and was great to sit at and relax after a long day. Would recommend

We booked a twin room but when we went in, the bathroom door didnt close and we were told it couldnt be looked at until the next day and they said they were fully booked so we would have to make do so I asked for a refund and then they found a spare room which was to small to fit in with our cases and the 2 single beds were joined without any room to seperate them. I asked for a refund because it wasnt useable but was refused and had to find another hotel at additional cost

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel. I don’t know how it has a 7.0 rating. The staff we were greeted by was extremely rude and un professional, the hotel smells, there were hairs on the bed and pillows, furniture was dirty and old. Overall a horrible experience. I had to book another hotel after my first night there. Of course they didn’t refund me for the night I didn’t stay there. Spend the extra money to avoid this place.

Functional , Surly staff on arrival . Emphases on reading t+ c 's ( something about damage to be paid for) so had to mention shower door loose on one hinge and curtain detached from the rail ( just in case !)
