No breakfast was served and that would be the only service needed to give it a 5 star review! Location was excellent and hotel was quiet and clean

It is located at prime location. Close to everything. Had an issue was code provided at check in but resolved with couple calls. Our room was #5 where two double beds that wasn't comfortable.

No staff on property.

Front desk is always unmanned. They will let you leave luggage in the lobby before checking and after checkout but it is only attended by security cameras.

Warm, welcoming comfortable

Amazing hotel!! The art as like being in a museum. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was continental, had a croissant & cappacino. I met the owner, such a gracious gentleman. I was going to buy a pair of sunglasses, he gave them to me. Bed was comfortable, huge king suite. Nice soaker tub with separate shower. Good location

Loved the close proximity to everything. Very smooth check in and out process. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The balcony was a nice extra, definitely added to the charm.

Excellent Location

Excellent location in Old Quebec. The staff communication was top notch for being virtual and the bed was very comfortable. Parking however was impossible and I ended up with a ticket as I gave up looking for a space. The bathroom and carpet could use an update.

The staff was really accommodating and communicative. A bit surprised that our shower was directly in front of our bed but good service!

This place was really close to the dining shopping area. The lobby and hallways are quaint but dated. The room was much more updated, rather tight but comfortable. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Central location. Prompt replies from staff. Nice view.

Good Hotel, great location

Hotel in a great location for touring old Québec! Just be aware they have a virtual reception - no person at the front desk; we communicated mostly by text and phone. And we were able leave our luggage in a corner of the lobby, which is monitored by camera and the hotel needs a door entry code so it felt secure. Also, rooms were modernized and air conditioned, but shower in ours was hard to enter or exit due to door proximity to the toilet seat. They have no elevator. And our room door easily let hallway noise in. Great high speed wifi.

The hotel is very convenient for going anywhere. It is only a two-minute walk to the castle and the US Embassy in Quebec.
Ting, 3-night trip

Château de Pierre is location, location, location - one is literally a 5 or 10 minute walk to major attractions, 100s of restaurants. Cozy and clean room on third floor. Hope to visit again !
Daniel, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location.

Great easy locations to all the attractions. Was easy to check in, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again but on an upper floor as we stayed in the lowest level and we could hear people walking upstairs. I didn't like the large laundry bags that were thrown on the floor and in the way when we tried to walk in and out of the room especially with suitcases and the second bed was squeaky when u moved around. Overall a great place to stay.
Dawn, 1-night trip

Room was clean, very close the city center but there was water dripping through out the night from the AC
Siddharth, 1-night trip

The hotel is old. The parking is 10 minute walk. The street is good its close and in the old city. The room was o.k but it looks old. And there is no view.

Confortable to go attractions but toilet is so small
YONGCHAN, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Good location

Disorganized. We were texted with roo details. When we arrived at the hotel, there was another couple also assigned that room and already in there. This was a little chaotic. We were moved to a room upstairs. There is no elevator in this hotel and even though I had requested a ground floor room and was assigned a ground floor room we ended up on the second floor.. Communication was strictly by text. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great! The bathroom is very small, but our room was a decent size. We had issues with our AC. Staff were very helpful to try to get this issue resolved…. Good location. This hotel would not be recommended for anyone with Mobility issues..
