Very satisfied with the Promenade. Bed was comfortable and room was very adequate. Great location near so many stores and restaurants as well the metro. Though I must mention there is a small barrier separating the bathroom from the living room that one be careful to step over. WiFi was very good and it was nice to have a fridge and kettle. Overall great hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I love this place. It might not look fancy or modern at first glance but you can see that management really cares. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the wifi is excellent, the a/c and the refrigerator look brand new, and there is a swimming pool on the rooftop. The staff is great, helpful and kind.
