2/10 Poor

Just terrible..

I was put in a basic room even though I had paid for superior, the shower was barely dripping cold water, not a single person spoke English, WiFi didn’t reach the room, very uncomfortable bed, etc. would not recommend.

2/10 Poor

Lamentable estadia

Unfortunately they made so many mistake this time, it is not our first time in this hotel but definitely has beed the worst one, wasn't clean at all, not Hot water because of some problems they have and the receptionist didn't help at all.
