The staff were very friendly! The location of the hotel in proximity to the water was beautiful. The bathroom in the room was updated fairly recently. The only thing I would change is to replace the carpet in the bedrooms with tile or hardwood/laminate.

What a BEAUTIFUL VIEW at the water’s edge! We LOVED sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean being so close! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We would have loved to be able to eat breakfast or have a breakfast bar option on site. The restaurant was fantastic for lunch and dinner, too and also right at the water’s edge! A coffee maker in the room would have been great! We were happy there was a fridge and waters upon arrival. We will be back!

The location was stellar. We were so close to the beach that we had to partially close the balcony door one night because of the sound of the surf. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly and accommodating. The pool was immaculately clean. The bed, and bed pillows, were sooo comfortable . Walking distance to everything on Atlantic Ave. I will definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect. You need to bring your own chairs for the beach. The pool was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean but the rug was visibly old. The bar had great drinks but the service was very slow. The hotel could have been cleaner but I would stay there again for the location.

This inn is so cozy. The rooms are bright and clean, the view from the balcony in room 220 is amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The restaurant is convenient, right on property and offers a lot of kid friendly options for lunch and dinner. The only suggestion I would have is to have the restaurant open for breakfast. My grandchildren loved this Inn so much and they are tough critics.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The property was on the beach; great restaurant overlooking the water, impeccably clean ( and cute) room, heated pool to relax in after the beach, ample parking and close proximity to other beaches and restaurants. The staff were amazing… went above and beyond to accommodate us! Lounging area overlooking the beach could have been a little cleaner( guests should have cleaned up after themselves)and the lounge chairs were not very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and wished we could have stayed longer!

The room felt very private with the sweeping ocean view AND sound of waves 24/7. Truly unique to be that close to the edge of the surf. Walking on the beach you can go very long distances and have consistent soft or silky sand under your feet. Food was excellent and everyone so pleasant. Add in a soothing heated outdoor swimming pool w/lounge chairs.

The location, pool, grounds are beautiful. But the stairs, hallways, room rugs are all pretty dirty. Just a quick mopping daily would make it better. I realize that there is a lot of sand and people traffic but it was a turn off. Get rid of the rugs
