Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. The only issue was how thin the walls are in the bathrooms. We could hear everything from the people in the next room. Not sure what could be done to correct this issue. Overall a beautiful hotel.

Hotel is very clean and feels very safe. It has a self parking garage. It also has a full restaurant on site which is very convenient. The breakfast is fabulous. Dinner - we waited an hour to get our food on a non busy day. The only down side is that the swimming pool is not heated.

We had a problem at the room 1512. I asked 3 times to fix the bathroom door and the light on the shower, they couldn’t fix it. Parking lot super small and you need to park by yourself also expensive. Normal breakfast and on Sunday had line to get in the breakfast area. The location is good near everything but I won’t stay anymore at the hotel.

My stay in this hotel was very good! All the staff were very friendly and willing to help me out! I met two amazing ladies Miriam and Cintia! These ladies helped me out in everything! They went above and beyond on giving me recommendations and making sure that I felt good at the hotel and everything I needed was taken care of! These ladies were the cherries on top of the cake! One amazing surprise was that a gentleman named Giovany was also very helpful to me, but to my surprise in Spanish! He was fluent! Since I don’t speak Portuguese, Spanish is my main language. He helped me communicating in the hotel, translating and interacting with the rest of the staff. If you are planning to visit BH, this is the place to be. One thing they didn’t know is that I am a Hilton honor member! Once I get back to USA I will write a very nice review for the 3 of them! Obrigado Gente!

Decepcionante, tem Hilton apenas no nome, corredores e elevadores sujos (no nosso andar tinha uma embalagem de pizza no corredor que ficou durante a estadia no 13 andar). Tivemos que trocar de quarto no primeiro dia pois estava bem fedido a cigarro. Quarto muito simples sem muita diferença de qualquer hotel de menor categoria. Custo x benefício nao valem a pena, tem opções melhores e mais baratas em BH. Atendimento ítem único que se salva.

Uma viagem a trabalho, mas me senti em casa! A recepção é um caso a parte. Pessoas super preparadas e de altíssimo nível. Agradeço ao Victor, pessoa que faz total diferença para estadia. Sou filho de pai e mãe hoteleiros e cresci em hotéis, são pessoas, realmente muito competentes, é o que faz diferença em tudo qualquer hotel. O café é fraquinho mas terceirizado.
