There's not enough outlet for phone charger and other electric. Building is kinda old and rooms are not maintain well. Shuttle service not enough. No box tissue. Laundry dryer is not hot enough.

Great Location for First-Time Visitors with Family This hotel is perfect for first-time travelers to Hong Kong with family. It offers a free shuttle service to the train station, which is super convenient. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a good variety. Just a few things to note: there’s no ATM on-site, they don’t offer currency exchange, and the laundry facilities require coins—so plan ahead. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly stay!

Value or money

The hotel was conveniently located to see my relatives in Belvedere Garden, but otherwise it is quite far away from tourist hot spots. It definitely delivers value for money and in comparison to the 4 and 5 star hotels I stayed in before, it offered the Netflix App on TV. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are dated and the view on the bay are interrupted by countless boats that can also be noisy at night.
