Beautiful location with nice waterfront area & sand beach. Water is more rocky. Lots of outdoor space and seating. Rooms are good with fridge and microwave and large TV. Huge window with a great view. Lobby closes & doesn't open until 7:30, so no coffee or breakfast before that. In room tiny coffee maker with no cream/sugar. Desk person is nice but not familiar with the area. All white bedding with some stains. Room was clean & nice decor. Great location can walk to 2 small parks, Maria, restaurant, stores & ice cream. Overall good, just super frustrating to miss breakfast as we had to get on the road. Saw 2 kayaks but water was too cold to risk getting wet!
