The location of this hotel was priceless!! In the middle of everything - so many restaurant choices, near the beach, near hop on hop off trolley stop. Sure the building was old but it was perfect for us! Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean, bed comfortable. Layout odd but used to be an apartment I think. Great view, close to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops etc. practically in Stanley park. Room could have done with a lick of paint and carpet where it rolled up to form a baseboard could have been brushed out in corner crease from time to time to reduce buildup of dust. Great place for 5 to share.

Stayed for 3 nights.we had fun stayed at this hotel , close to the beach it was nice walking at night, accessible with everything from buses, restaurants,24/7 free coffee in the hotel, the food was amazing.

We are surprised that we had to pay close to $350 for a very old hotel and that we had to pay an extra $25 to park our car. The need was comfortable but the pillows were not - very large foam pillows. Also the sheets had wasaaayyy too much starch in them. But mainly I was happy that the bathroom was very clean. The staff were very helpful.
