The building has a bit of a maze-like charm; it’s easy to get turned around in the hallways, but that’s part of its character. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding — one of the nicest and most varied I’ve seen anywhere in Sweden. Highly recommended for both comfort and atmosphere

Mixed bag but largely positive

Cosy and clean boutique hotel with a great breakfast buffet. That said, our room was quite worn, lacked any storage facilities for bags or suitcases, and the toilet was not fully attached, leaving the cistern leaking onto the floor. Would stay there again though. For over 3,oookr for two nights, less chipped paint and peeling wallpapers would be expected. Cleaners did an amazing job and service was excellent.

Alltid trevlig personal. Excellent frukost. Luktar gott överallt. Dock lite för hög musik och lite för "up-beat" för att matcha övrog ambience. Särskilt i frukostmatsalen var det väldigt påträngande, lite för tidigt på morgonen.

Jättebra restaurangdel och utbud. Rummet hade inte speciellt fräsch dusch. Va mögelbeläggning i duschen. Inga gardiner till badrummet så ville man dra ner för att inte ha så ljust gick det inte. Rummet 303 ligger vid gatan så lyster starkt från butiken 157 så bättre gardiner för mörkbeläggning. Men i helhet fantastiskt bra. Så gullig personal i restauarnagen

Hotellet behöver renoveras

Bokade detta hotell som en överraskning till min fru och hoppades på en premium-upplevelse som skulle skilja sig lite från den man i regel får hos de större kedjorna. Vid incheckning, några timmar tidigt, blev vi fint bemötta i receptionen och uppgraderade från Petite Plus till ett lite större rum (213) men i slutänden vet vi inte om det var positivt eller inte. Första intrycket av rummet var tyvärr inte positivt men heller inte tillräckligt dåligt för att vi skulle be om ett annat rum så vi lämnade vårt bagage och gav oss ut på stan. När vi kom tillbaka upptäckte vi dock fler och fler brister, rummet var förvisso stort men kändes inte fullt möblerat då det exempelvis saknades belysning vid sittgruppen och ingen stor spegel förutom den på insidan av garderobsdörren. Rummet var säkert bra städat men när allt är så slitet ger det inte ett fräscht intryck, snickerier ordentlig skadade, garderobsdörr på sned, svårspolad och rinnande toalett med en sliten sittring i trä, sprucket kakel, trasig belysning, fläckar på mattan och begynnande hål i fotöljernas tyg. I fönstret stod en blåtandshögtalare som jag försökte koppla in men lyckades nog istället spela musik i något annat rum, undermålig tekniklösning då all rums högtalare förmodligen har samma namn.. Sängen var dock skön och jag såg fram emot en frukost som enligt recensioner skulle vara väldigt bra. När vi på morgonen kommer till frukosten (ca 09:45 en söndag) är det mer än fullt och väldigt trångt. Blir tipsade om att vi kan
