Charged me to change room to room Iโ€™d booked.

I booked this room specifically for the spa tub and when I got there it wasnโ€™t a spa tub at all. I asked about it and showed the details on my booking and they refused to give me a room with a spa tub without paying more (20,000w per night). I was annoyed and promised my guest this tub and the hotel owner was uncooperative despite me showing my booking details. I told them they need to sort this on their Hotels.com site. Also the connectivity from the pc to the tv couldnโ€™t be sorted by the staff members so we couldnโ€™t watch You Tube or Netflix which is usually possible. She promised to fix it the next day but didnโ€™t. Very poor service. Will not visit again nor recommend despite the great facilities.

This hotel is not for you if you're staying more than a few hours. It has no closet or any hangers for your clothes, just 2 hooks for your coats.
