This hotel was well worth the price and time. The staff was highly professional, and when I needed some adjustments to my arrival time they were more than accommodating. They respond quickly to emails. They picked the perfect room for a quiet stay. For sure will be a repeat customer. Also, the location is ideal for quick access to local historical sites and good restaurants.

This is a pretty nice hotel. The service is generally good, and cleanliness was excellent. My bed was pretty comfortable, though its not very firm. The condition is quite good, bathrooms which I think are the most important things are excellent. The couch was a bit dated as was the TV. Please note this is an expensive hotel for Kyiv so I am reviewing it as such. For a lower cost I would rate it higher but given the price point in Kyiv I am reviewing it as a 4 star hotel. Overall its pretty good but could use a few additional touches. The location I would say is amazing as its quiet but right near Maidan. Walls are a bit thin, there were young children in the room next to mine and I could definitely hear them.

It was a big room and a clean bathroom. Location is perfect in the center of the city. Annoying where the children running around in the halls and the smell of people cooking. The cleaning service didn’t really clean anything and the breakfast was very mediocre. But the staff was nice and pricing is competitive
