What a beautiful experience this was. I was blown away with the hospitality and service this lodge provided. The staff are incredible and make you feel at home. They go above and beyond. Tintswalo, Erasmus, Faith, Collins and Nicco were a few to mention. The game drives were sensational . This will remain a core memory for years to come. Can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed at 4 different lodges in the Madikwe and Pilanesberg parks. This was by far the best lodge, with the best views, the best safari guides, excellent food, wine, spa, and overall lodge comfort. We will definitely be back. If you can, ask for Mike Rae to by your safari guide. You will not be disappointed..

The water world is a real treat for kids. The rooms come with all amenities and are quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is alright but nothing to write home about.The location is right on the beach.

Location is perfect right on the beach, super close to the marina, the new and old side of the city are both within walking distance , staff is super friendly, I read on the reviews before booking that you can hear street noise at night which is true, I wish they have noise blocking windows it would have made it perfect. I will still Highly recommend it .

My wife & I loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for us—it was close to the airport and not too far from the pyramids for our day trip there. The free transports to/from the hotel were easy to arrange (over the phone) and on time both times. I was very impressed with the service and quality of this hotel for the price. Great safe place with wonderful views

Close to everything. Sight seeing bus 2 blocks away, short walk.. $5 Uber to cruise terminal. Breakfast was good. Will stay again

The staff helped us with a minor medical emergency; personal attention from the manager. The room was very comfortable. Great included breakfast with cooks willing to make special omelets for you.

I was initially sceptical after reading some obviously pretty judgemental reviews. It's an airport hotel, it's not a resort and as such it does really well. It's clean and safe and has anything and everything a traveling person would need.

We enjoyed our stay in Caoe town, the location of the hotel was great. An easy walk to the ocean and the sunset.

Upon arrival the staff immediately helped us with our bags to the front desk. Zakaria at the front desk welcomed us and provided us with dinner reservations and advice for the city. The hotel is clean and trendy. The staff is also prompt and COVID friendly. Providing advice for testing and airport transfer.

It was an excellent hotel, inside the palace and adjacent to the Mediterranean sea. The hotel staff were friendly and the area is convenient. The hotel itself has a sushi place, Chinese food, Texas BBQ, and a McDonald's 1 minute walk away. You can take a public transportation for less than 3 Egyptian Pounds from the hotel to the happenings of Alexandria. The hotel is inside a huge palace garden and you can spend 2 hours exploring the area, walk along the beach with many cafes and restaurants...
