The property was fine. However, the room was not clean. The floors were rotted in some places. Especially by the air conditioner. We were in unit 6. Next year we will book unit 7. Its bigger and looks nicer.

Nasty, gross, smelly. A waste of money. Owner must be a slum lord, only after money and doesn’t care about the property or guests. Bet they never get repeat visitors. My wife and I didn’t even stay, we just left. Place is vile!!!

Very disappointed. When we checked in, sheets were dirty. There was a cricket, mouse poop, and weird marks on the sheets of the bed. Called the next morning asking for someone to refresh the sheets, and nothing happened. As I walked by another room getting cleaned, I could clearly see the cleaning employee picking stuff off of sheets. Will never return.

This place is an absolute dump. I would strongly suggest against anyone staying here. We rented #11 which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room upstairs. Upon arrival, the place was filthy! The floors turned our feet black with dirt. There was mold on the shower curtain, the walls and surfaces were dirty, there was hair everywhere, and the icing on the cake was that one of the beds was clearly slept in and the sheets had not been changed. The first night my friend and I slept together in the one clean bed and cleaned all the surfaces as good as we could with Lysol wipes. The next day I contacted the company, Kees Vacation, and provided photos of the state of the rental. They asked me if I wanted housekeeping to come out and do a "reclean", which would be impossible since it was never cleaned to begin with! They were extremely unhelpful...I asked for a partial refund if I were to check out and they told me absolutely not. We ended up leaving and paying for a second rental the first day anyway because it was just filthy and disgusting. I'm very disappointed in the state of the rental AND the fact that Kees refused a partial refund. I didn't even ask for a full refund which is honestly what I deserved given the state of this dump.
