The staff are very helpful and hospitable and always greet you as you walk through the reception area. The area of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is close to high streets with abundance of food choices, from restaurants to Coffeehouses to pizzeria's to cafeterias. If you want to live like a local this is a perfect place but yet close to many tourists sites. The Room is a studio apartment with kitchen and a spacious bathroom with dryer and has plenty of storage places.

The service is impeccable and the building is generally good. The street is a bit tight and kind of on a hill so taxis charge extra for petty reasons. However, the location is around a 5 min drive from the Bosporous or a 10 min walk! There are restaurants, clothing stores, and grocery stores in the area. There is also the Kabataş metro or tram around 15 mins away walking or the Beştikaş ferry service around 7 minutes walking. Overall, its a very comfortable and convenient place to stay

I found this property at the last minute and it worked out perfect for our family of 5. We had a 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Location was conveniently situated close to Dolmabahce Palace which is on the European side. We didn’t mind taking a taxi to other sites such as Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia. Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. If we ever visit the area, we would stay there again. I would recommend the property to provide the following -Enough plates and silverware -Instructions for the TV remote

Turkuaz Hotel was excellent. We came from USA. This hotel was the same as hotel in USA. we reserve a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite with 914 sq ft. Turkuaz Suites was a very clean furnished with 1 king bed and 2 Double Sofa Beds . Hotel was in a very nice location close to supermarket, Pharmacy and very good restaurants and bars. I am sure that every one love this place close to hotel. Hotel had a very nice and kind workers. And breakfast was so good Continental breakfast I am sure every one come to this hotel really enjoy.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The room is large, bright, clean with all conditions. There is a washing machine and kitchen was well-quipped. The breakfasts are very tasty and we loved them). The location of the hotel is excellent. There is dolmabahce nearby. In the evening we went out for a walk near the hotel, a busy street, and along the way we bought various goodies: mussels, ice cream, and so on. And the room itself is quiet and not noisy. The staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant. We will definitely come here again.

Clean, comfortable base to stay in Istanbul

This is a pleasant hotel for a family stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Decor is simple, but fine. Beds were comfortable. Staff is very accomodating, even at late hours. Someone is always available at the front desk. Breakfast is generous and delicious. It's located in a lively neighborhood, but on a quiet side street, with a port a short walk away, and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Walking at night, I found bars/restaurants with live music. It was a fun area. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the tram line that links the area to the old city and other areas. It's a nice walk on a flat path, but can feel a bit long when tired.

GREAT STAY ,SPACIOUS CLEAN ROOMS, BEST STAFFS & GOOD LOCATION . Turkaz Suites exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staffs was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We Booked Pent House #702 Sea View with living room, a bed room, big patio/terrace & small Kitchen . The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, the heater & air conditioning was perfect and the Wi-Fi was strong. The location was great too close which is around 50 LIRA taxi trip from Taksim Square, as it was close to all the sights and attractions & great view to Sea. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options. ( they have an inhouse italian restaurant with delicious authentic cusines ) . Most important : "Ms. Sande" The Front desk manager is Always with a Smiley face , super friendly , Informative, and helpful all the time ,during breakfast she personally care every guests ,The Most good feeling was while we checkout ,she came out of the Hotel to "see-off " us which we never forget. She is a great asset to the Hotel . Also the other Staffs ,House keeping ladies, Rooms service staffs are outstanding , Friendly and they do the best they can and the moment you ask something the staffs provide or rectify it in an unimaginable time which made our stay so comfortable . Note : Elevator till 6th Floor and your have to use stair to reach pent house ( harldly7 steps) . Overall, I had a great experience and
