"Great pet friendly hotel. Continental breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean but bath tub needs updating( non skid strips with ground in dirt, which looks like from many years of use). Loved the Iris colored decor, even the lighting outside is purple!Could use more outlets on night stand - there are only 2 and we have iPhones and smart watches that needed to be charged. Mattress was comfortable as well as the pillows. The only real problem we found was that you could not watch any scheduled TV programs, just older shows. Thousands of channels to watch, but no local live news and unable to watch shows in the new fall lineup on CBS, NBC & ABC. Very frustrating trying to figure out controls. TV is a nice big flat screen ( looks to be about 65”) but you have to have an account for many of the channels with Netflix, Disney plus, Roku, Hulu,Apple TV , etc. just wanted to watch reg TV, not recent repeats or clips from older shows."

"The room was clean but dated. The towels were aged the sheets were yellowed but it was definitely clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. There is no elevator and the king beds are on the 3rd floor but the staff helped with our luggage. Parking was free and close by. This inn is within walking distance to the ship port for Martha’s Vineyard which was nice because it saved us from paying for parking. The air conditioning worked well as well as the heat. The breakfast was basic continental. The room came with a microwave and a large dorm sized refrigerator. Overall this is a basic friendly clean place to stop to visit nearby sites."

"Great experience from the helpful front desk to the view of the bay. Good breakfast with a personal touch by a very friendly and helpful lady . Clean room and well kept public areas The occasional ferry horn added to a real Cape Cod feel. While everything is updated and modern this property had the atmosphere of a pleasant step back in time. Highly recommend. Note: There is no elevator to the second floor."
