Caves rooms are beautiful, nicely decorated and well presented, the top floor with restaurant has an amazing view of the mountains and the balloons come straight over at dawn. The only down side was the lower cave floor where we stayed had a musty smell definitely worth upgrading to a more premium room.

The hotel is very conveniently located in town. The bus terminal and restaurants arevery close, as are car rental agencies. All of the staff are lovely. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The experience of staying in the cave was luxurious, the room was huge, and the staff was amazing in helping us to book excursions and cabs and recommend restaurants. It is walkable to all great destinations, has beautiful views, and delicious breakfast included. Would highly recommend staying here!
