The room I was in had non-working fridge. I placed a powerade into it and went to the Comic and Toy convention, when I got back the powerade was still warm. I did let the night front desk worker know of this issue. The tiled floor before you get to the carpeted section was also a bit dirty. Other than that, the front desk was very helpful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

This is not a Baymont of Wyndham Hotel, it is a Days Inn no-tell motel. We were told it was half and half. I wondered why there were not pictures. We booked through Expedia, two rooms, only one room available, when we arrived For 4 adults 3 kids. Which ended up being a blessing. We moved on, drove south to find a clean, respectable place. Thank you to Expedia for refunding our rooms.

The property's exterior needs attention. The room was fine, but the bathroom needed updating. I stayed solely for the reviews. I will never do that again. Much nicer hotels a mile down the road. My reservation was non-refundable, so I was stuck. Safety is a must, so I won't use a third party again when I travel.

The location, name of property and pictures are flat out wrong. The property is not Baymont but a Days Inn in a totally different location. The location (using the copy address function) and pictures Expedia shows has been a Comfort Inn for years. The Days Inn is several miles away and in a much worse neighborhood.

I didn’t like anything about this place. If they really don’t want to tarnish Baymont name, they either need to change and make it look and smell like a hotel or keep their name as Days Inn and stay filthy. The smell is horrible. I wonder if these people think about others or if they only care about money. It’s a shame

I booked a stay at a Baymont. The only thing resembling a Baymont were the room key cards. The photo was of a different hotel.I went to the pictures hotel I had stayed at before just to find out I had booked somewhere else. The email confirmation took me to a Days Inn where I was shocked to find that was the hotel I had booked. Very unhappy. Bad area, large deposit, elevators didn't work, and that just tips the iceberg of the issues.

Our room was newly remodeled including the bathroom but the tub had not been cleaned in some time. There was big long hairs on the tub along with dirt and grim. The show curtain had multiple stains on it also. There was no full breakfast available as stated on the website (matters a lot when its a travel softball team). Also, no iron or ironing board in the room. Another person traveling with us saw two cockroaches in their room.
