Nice clean hotel close to everything. The staff was nice and packed breakfast for us when we left very early. The breakfast spread was good. The rooms were clean and had hot showers. The only down side was the traffic and the honking of the horns early in the morning. Ear plugs were a game changer.

I had a great stay at the La Rambla Boutique Hotel. Being recently opened, the hotel and the rooms were fantastic, super clean and with all the amenities that you could want. The location is perfect, allowing easy pick-up for tours and close to everything. The staff was so kind and accommodating, going above and beyond in service, bringing me a mini fridge when I requested it and even preparing a packed breakfast prior to an early tour. If you're in Cuzco, would highly recommended staying here!

This is a gorgeous new property with so much potential. It was a little difficult to find, as Apple Maps directed us to a different location than Google Maps (not the hotel’s fault), but once we arrived, we were impressed by how beautiful the property was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep due to a lack of soundproofing. There happened to be some kind of celebration the night we stayed, so drunk people were walking past our window for most of the night, and fireworks continued until around 4am. Again, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but better sound insulation for the front-facing rooms would make a big difference to the guest experience. We also had to leave at 5am for a tour, and the front desk very kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be exceptional. With a few small improvements—particularly to the soundproofing—it would be an outstanding place to stay. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a particularly noisy night.

Lovely cute hotel, there were a few downsides for us though. It is noisy. Because the room door and window opens up onto the middle of the hotel, we had to put our earplugs in. The breakfast also wasn’t great, we settled on cereal and a piece of toast on the first morning and then decided to go elsewhere for breakfast the following mornings. The bed was comfortable though and smelt fresh which is always nice. The location is also very good.

Hotel bem localizado, facilitando os passeios a pé. Não fica na parte plana da cidade, mas a subida não é ingrime, é tranquilo. Fiquei no 3° andar, quarto de bom tamanho e bela vista para a cidade. Equipe simpática e prestativa. O ponto negativo foi um cheiro insuportável de esgoto que saía do ralo do banheiro. Só tampando com tapete para melhorar. Muito desagradável. Café muito simples, sempre as mesmas coisas, queijo muito salgado e o café já morno depois das 8 horas.
