The location was excellent, with plenty of eateries directly across the road and along the same street. It was also very convenient for my work conference, which was just down the road. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The hotel description did not make it clear that this was a serviced apartment with no reception located at the property. I also did not receive clear instructions explaining how or where to collect the keys. With no apparent email or check-in instructions provided, I called the contact number only to be advised that the office was closed. I then found information directing me to a location to collect the keys, however, when I arrived there, the collection point appeared to be non-existent. Around 30 minutes later, I was finally contacted and the check-in process was completed. For a serviced apartment without an onsite reception, clear check-in and key collection instructions are essential. I strongly recommend these details are emailed to guests at least 24 hours prior to arrival to prevent unnecessary confusion and frustration.
