This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I arrived at 9 p.m. with a reservation for a Junior Suite with a jacuzzi. I was then told that the room had a broken sink, without having been notified beforehand. I was also told that I could not use the jacuzzi, although I saw no such restriction in the Hotels.com listing or my reservation.
When I disputed this, I was not given access to a room and waited in the lobby while the front desk attempted to address the situation. I eventually left and booked another hotel.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property.
