Dos dois elevadores sociais apenas um funcionando, longa demora para subir ou descer do quarto. Na segunda-feira à tarde não teve água no hotel. Água quente só voltou 18:30. O funcionário da recepção senhor Gluauco extremamente grosseiro dizendo que eu podia registrar um boletim de ocorrência policial pela falta de água e dizendo que eu poderia atravessar a rua e ir tomar banho no hotel em frente. A água do lavatório com pressão mínima todos os dias!!!! O ponto positivo foi a atenção da funcionária que fez o check in.

A qualidades do hotel tem caido dia apos dia. Estivemos em 3 familias durante 3 dias e observamos erros grotescos. 1 no dia da chega 1 dos apartamentos nao estava pronto/limpo às 15:00. Depois disso um dos elevadores nao funcionoi durante 3 dias e por fim ficamos sem agua quente para banho por um dia. Precisam rever muita coisa.

O hotel está bem localizado, as instalações são muito boas, o café da manhã é excelente. O grande problema são os elevadores, que não suportam o tamanho do hotel. Existem apenas 3, sendo 1 de serviço. Estive jogando um torneio de xadrez pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, e o problema dos elevadores se repete: este ano porém um parou de funcionar e a situação ficou caótica. Diversas vezes precisamos subir ou descer à pé. O evento é no 22° e 23° andares, e teve um dia que saí do quarto 20 min antes do início da partida e ainda cheguei atrasado. 25 min esperando um elevador é demais.
