Vacaciones 2018

Buenas tardes agradecida por todas las atenciones recibidas por todo el personal del hotel lidotel agua dorada en cada espacio no faltó su ayuda. En especial quiero comentar que gracias al Guardavida de guardia el día 5 de enero salvo una vida eso habla de la gerencia de tener preparado al personal en casos de emergencias una vez más Gracias. MI grupo familiar y amigos quedaron a gusto por todos los días que estuvimos hay en todas las áreas que usamos piscina, restaurante y recepción ya que en la misma de ayudaron a pasar otra noche no planeada en todo momento hicieron lo posible por ayudarnos y agradezco todas las atenciones recibidas. Que sea un año lleno de prosperidad para todo el personal y hoteles lidotel.

Hotel pequeño y bonito cerca de playa el agua

Hotel bonito y seguro la comida super rica pero lo que más me gusta es la atención, se desviven por atenderte, las instalaciones muy cuidadas, te colocan las sombrillas y sillas en la playa y te llevan lo que necesites para la playa que esta al frente y hay seguridad, sugiero establecer traslado hacia y desde el aeropuerto, y que el desayuno sea temprano todo lo hacen tarde después de las 8am y el otro detalle es que cuando llegamos a la recepción un fuerte olor a descompuesto pero al día siguiente estaba solucionado y no tenían agua caliente pero quien la necesita en tropico? A pesar de la situacion del país un hotel con esmero

Aufenthalt in Playa El Agua

Das Hotel ist in einem gutem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist am Playa El Agua nicht viel los, viele Restaurants und Bars wurden vor einigen Monaten anscheinend geschlossen.

Hotel muito bom em frente a praia

Fiquei hospedado por 07 dias em um quarto para 04 adultos (2 camas de casal) no Lidotel água dorada com direito a café da manhã, o mesmo tem excelente estrutura física ( Ótima piscina, bar, restaurante, hall e tendas na praia). As pessoas que trabalham no hotel são agradáveis. Para quem não possui carro fica difícil se deslocar de noite por que nessa região não há muitos táxis nem opções comerciais, contudo as melhores praias ficam bem perto. O hotel também oferece um translado diário para o shopping.

Lidotel Agua Dorada Beach Hotel - Playa El Agua

O Hotel é bom, seria um 3 estrelas na minha opinião. O quarto e de bom tamanho mas o banheiro deixa a desejar em todos os sentidos.Para começar o espaço do vaso sanitário não comporta uma pessoa obesa, o box é de cortina e a vara de suporte cai constantemente e o serviço do hotel não conseguiu fixá-la e nem a trocou por uma nova, a porta é de vidro e todos os sons de dentro do pequeno banheiro passa para o quarto, causando um desconforto em quem esta usando e quem esta no quarto, não existe janela e nem exaustor neste "banheiro", sendo assim todo odor fica no ambiente e se esquecer o minio da porta aberta passa para o quarto. O atendimento é de boa qualidade, mas pelo que entendi cada setor é independente tipo se você comer na piscina a conta não chega a recepção e a pessoa da piscina fica atrás de você cobrando, se você comer no restaurante do hall do hotel tem de pagar na hora, não pode assinar e pagar no final. Aqui abro um parentese: (Ao usar o bar do hotel na praia pela primeira vez, você tem de ir ao hotel e abrir uma conta fazendo um deposito de garantia no caso de no minimo $1200 bolivares. Até aí tudo bem, mas se pedir comida no quarto e quem atender for o caixa do restaurante do hall, você tem de pagar na porta do quarto. Reclamei na recepção, falaram que estava corrigido problema mas passei por isso mais duas vezes. Tudo bem, lá tudo é em dinheiro pois em lugar nenhum recebe cartão a não ser de Venezuelanos.

Hotel muito bom!!

Hotel muito confortável e atendimento muito bom! A todo momento tem que acertar contas de consumo na área de piscina do hotel e na região de praia do bar, não tendo qualquer tipo de aglutinação de contas para o quarto, a fim de que seja paga integralmente no fim da hospedagem. O cofre localizado em meu quarto travou e não providenciaram seu conserto no prazo de 3 dias. No demais foi tudo muito bom, vale a pena!

Brand new great hotel

Brand new hotel with Mediterranean decor. At check in i was given a complimentary glass of wine and the nice staff directed us to our room. The room was big and the bed comfortable. I used some amenities, which were very clean. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of appetizing food.Overall a great hotel and what's best located right on the beach.
