The facility looks old and tired with a bit awkward setting of its front-desk in underground floor. The location itself is not really convenient from major railway stations. However, the room was renovated and well maintained. Considering its reasonable price setting, this would not be a bad choice for a day or two business travel.

Pleasant stay. A lot amenities and even free popsicles at lobby. Very kind staff. I asked the front desk if it was possible to change the room to a lower floor and they helped me really fast with the request without hesitation. Very clean and walkable distance to the station. What a lovely hotel- I was staying whilst working in Tokyo. The rooms are small but have everything you need. There are only 16 rooms each floor and eight floors so it’s pretty quiet! The staff are lovely and extremely helpful!

Not Horrible but NOT GOOD either

It’s not a bad spot as far as the location and the staff were very friendly but to start, I did not like having to carry my luggage down 8 stairs to get to the lobby. That as well as the smell in the hallways which I believe was dirty smelly carpet. Did not love having to step up into the bathroom, the tiny fridge and lack of a microwave. My biggest complaint is the thin firm mattress. It took forever to get comfortable enough to sleep just to get up with back ache and body aches the next day. I’m glad we only had to stay there 2 nights and I personally would not visit this property again.
