It’s clean and located in close proximity to the base/lifts, but that was about it for the positives. There was no firewood for the fireplace as depicted in the photos despite being the fall with chilly evenings, the thermostat seemed to be stuck on high during the day (the heat from the radiators was notable), the blinds were all barely functional and difficult to operate without breaking them further, and the check in process on the property management company’s website is clunky and requires you to sign a ridiculously long and detailed rental agreement that surpasses most long-term leases (I found it long and unreasonably onerous, but it’s a prepaid non-refundable rental, so you have no choice but to sign or presumably lose your entire rental fee), and you have a choice between a 5-day hold on your credit card after checkout, or an previously unmentioned waiver fee. It’s not large, but it’s also undisclosed and petty. Given how many things turned out to be broken in the unit, I was glad I chose to pay the waiver fee. Bottom line, it’s a value option and not terrible, but if you have a little bit of flexibility in your budget there are better options in CB for not a lot more money. I wouldn’t re-book or recommend it to a friend.
