Since I go there in March, the weather is a little bit warm in afternoon, if the air conditioning can be changed to “cool” would be better (checked with front desk staff that cannot be changed), other things are quite good

Hotel is clean with beautiful landscape. Reception staff was patience despite the language barrier. They managed to help our friends change to a non smoking floor as the floor they were originally assigned smell of smoke from guests smoking from ground floor. The buffet dinner was great, with free flow of beer, soju and wine. Desserts was excellent. Onsen was great too though the bath house looks a bit run down. But it was clean. Lots of parking space for those who drive. The only downside is that it is hard to find restaurants in the neighbourhood.
