The hotel was very clean and nice. My issue was with the people across the hall at 3 am playing loud music and walking up and down the hallways yelling. I called the front desk and they said they’d check but it didn’t get better. Seemed like they were having a party of some sort. Won’t stay here again

The young lady at the front desk, Caitlyn (sp?) was very helpful helping me get a way to move our heavy coolers at check out. Only 2 carts not enough especially with 2 self-centered people keeping the carts in their rooms until late check out. Caitlyn found a dolly for me to use, going above and beyond.

We did not have a pet with us but an early morning fire alarm (7:30 on a Saturday morning😏) resulted in an evacuation and some guests had their pets on a leash outside of the hotel.

Hotel was clean and nice. No breakfast (I guess I didn’t pay attention to that when I booked). The elevator was very slow. But really the only bad thing I can say is the pillows are absolutely awful! The front desk did give me 2 more when I asked but it didn’t really help because they just go flat when you lay on them! Pack your own pillow!

The hotel is nice but they charge you a pet fee whether your dog is a service dog or not. Have stayed at some very prestige hotels and this is my first in the 4 years of having my service dog that don't waive the fee and it states within their policy that the fee is waived for service animals.Will stay at my previous hotel next time I visit, just wanted to try them out since they are fairly new, lesson learned.

Was a really good choice. Went for a convention. Hotel is really clean, quiet and very centrally located by whatever you may need. Great room ammenties . Enjoyed our short stay. Oh and they even have bbq grills you can use and a nice outside seating area. We didn’t use them but we saw them.
