The location is great (a short walk to main, convent and pippi beaches) and reception staff are super lovely. The residence itself is like a time capsule from 1990 - everything is very tired and run down but functional, we honestly only slept there so it didn't bother us too much as we booked for the location which was close to our friends house on Ocean Street. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, some of the cutlery was dirty and there was lots of crumbs in the utensil drawers but otherwise well stocked. Would stay again for the location.

The room was ok. Had a strange smell and felt a little outdated. Had a washing machine and dryer which was handy however bathroom tiles had mould in grout. The bed was a pleasant suprise as it was a king but was advertised as queen. No room service, no cleaning and you need to clean and take out rubbish before checkout which is BEFORE 10am otherwise you are charged an additional fee. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Please note everything in Yamba is closed from 9pm and you cannot buy milk water petrol etc after that so make sure to have supplies on hand. The convenience of this property is there is a french restaurant next door that is open for breakfast lunch and dinner and the beach is a very short walk so would be an ideal place to stay for a long-term holiday. Not sure I felt satisfied with the high price per night compared to other places I have stayed offering far more luxury and attention to detail for a more competitive price.

Stayed 3 nights in a ground floor one bedroom unit with garden view. The sea was sill able to be seen out the eastern balcony. There was also a northern balcony surrounded with garden. Room was a clean with what was needed.Bathroom was a bit on the small side . Close to town and eateries.

The Cove at Yamba was Awesome, we had an apartment with kitchen, it had a 65" Smart TV, and large balcony that we enjoyed our own cooked breakfast, and they assisted us with booking a courtesy bus to the Tavern. Also got a late checkout, they were no fuss hosts, very helpful & friendly! I'd stay again.
