Really happy with our stay during the Christmas time. The rooms were nice and big, the pool was heated, the staff nice, funny and polite. We had breakfast and dinner everyday, which was great every single day. We ate so much that we never needed to eat lunch. It was buffet style, but the food was well prepared - not over- or undercooked, always something that you would enjoy eating. Half of our group are muslims (no pork or alcohol) and lactose intolerant, we and had no problems at all at this hotel, felt really welcome and considered. The other half of our group enjoyed a free class of cava at every breakfast etc. The location is great, close to the beach but also to lots of stores and restaurants. It is a close drive to the airport but far enough so you don’t hear the planes. The gym was nice, an okay size and you had everything you needed for a proper workout. Once again, the staff was amazing. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet. Modern. Lange duschen konnte man nicht da nach kurzer Zeit kein warmes Wasser mehr kam. Es gung in unserem Zommwr auch lange bis daa warme Waaser kam. Das Frühstück war gross aber für mich qualitativ eher auf die Menge usgerichtet. Ich mag friachen Orangensaft aber der hier konnte.man nicht trinken.

Lo que más me ha gustado es la Limpieza del hotel, la situación y el gel/body milk, un olor muy rico. Lo que no me ha gustado es que no lo veo un hotel para el público Español: desde el ambiente, hasta los horarios y la comida. Lo peor para mi ha sido la locura de la plantilla vigilando y hablando constantemente de la gente que deja la toallas en las hamacas, tiene que haber otra mejor forma de controlar esto. Por otro lado, la chica italiana que me atendió en mi check-in lo primero que hizo due criticar a loa turistas españoles, siendo yo española, esos detalles hay que cuidarlos. Por lo demás, un hotel que no està mal para un público extranjero

Durant toute l'année, nous travaillons et ne pouvons profiter que d'une semaine de vacances. Il est tout-à-fait inacceptable d'avoir dû supporter les bruits de travaux de l’hôtel du matin au soir. Ces travaux à côté de notre chambre et face à la piscine commençaient le matin parfois avant 8h00 pour se terminer après 18h00, du lundi au samedi. N'ayant pas pu faire autrement, nous nous posons aujourd'hui une question : comment l’hôtel va-t-il compenser ces désagréments?

Always a pleasure to stay here, beautiful rooms and also a really nice place within the grounds. We stayed years ago before the apartments had been refurbished and renovated and they have done a great job. A stones throw away from the centre and also a five minute walk to the beach. Hotel is lovely. There’s work going on and don’t be convinced by assurances that it has a minimum effect on your stay. Room to left of reception in the corner should not be used. The hotel is maximising profit over comfort for guests. I booked 5 rooms and 3 were affected by the works. Drilling banging and general work related noise could be heard most of the day. The hotel had no other rooms available. Do the right thing and close them off instead of spoiling guests holiday.

Excelente recepcion al llegar al hotel, Yasmin nos trato genial. Hotel muy comodo, bonito y accesible, tiene todo a mano dentro de las instalaciones. Desayuno bastante completo y rico (incluido el champagne jeje). El servicio de toallas (piscina) muy bien pensado y comodo para los clientes. Tuvimos un problema en nuestra ducha y el servicio de mantenimiento fue super rápido y eficiente. Unicos matices a mejorar: - Horarios alimentación (pensado para extranjeros) bar de piscina sin opcion de comida. - Hormigas/insectos en los alrededores e interior de la habitación (es “normal” debido a la naturaleza del hotel) - Gatos dentro de las instalaciones, incluso con su casa y comida y sorprendentemente durmiendo en los sofas de recepcion (deberían pensar en todos los posibles perfiles de clientes) En lineas generales, estancia muy agradable y hotel recomendable.
