This was a random unplanned stay on the way home from Charleston, SC. Tired of driving, we decided to get some sleep. Found this on Expedia with great ratings and booked it. When we arrived at 9pm, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member who also took the time to interact with my children!! Easy access from the interstate. Room size was nice and plenty. The condition of the room was very clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable.

Good, hot breakfast with egg disks and sausage, waffles. Whole fruits. Cereals and skim and whole milk. Price not bad since it was on sale for one day only. Room could have been warmer since they knew we were coming and had the room picked out. Location good by interstate and gas stations nearby.

My first contact was when I noticed I had reserved a room for the wrong date. Holly was gracious enough to change to the correct date and fortunate for us another room was available. Great, whish hot tub was hotter

We were traveling from Florida to Minnesota and had already been on the road 12hrs so we booked our stay on "the fly." It was a great choice. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was great.

Our stay was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and the location was near the casino where we didn’t have far to drive. I recommend The Hampton Inn highly. Oh and the checkout was noon!!!

This hotel was renovated a few years ago and re-opened. All rooms are on the 2nd floor and I've stayed in about 4 different ones as each one is unique to the building's architecture. I mention the second floor because there is no elevator so you have to use stairs. Handicapped people might have trouble, I'd check with the hotel as to what they can accommodate. did not have clean towels upon checking in. We checked in at 3:30 and we were told we would have to wait 30 min + because they didn't have towels in the room. We actually got access to the room, but bath towels were not delivered until about 9:00 p.m.

I just needed a place to sleep in the middle of a long trip. The building is not new but was very clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The clerk at the front desk was very helpful. I had pickup bed that had items I couldn't take into the hotel. The clerk offered to keep an eye on it for me. When I checked out, he was still working and told me he had been watching my stuff. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Bed is comfortable though the pillows are not. The pool was cold but that did not matter to the kids! Breakfast was nice. Overall, this is a great hotel and worth the price.

Toni and Beth were amazing! They tried to help me in every way even though Expedia were not helpful. I will never be booking with Expedia again. I will, however, stay at this comfort inn anytime I am around the area! The pool was very nice for my daughter! I also left something in the room and received a call just a few minutes after leaving so I could return for it. Thank you Comfort Inn!

This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in Columbus. The rate included a complimentary breakfast that included freshly made waffles, sausage, egg bagels and more. The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to set the room temperature to a cool 65 degrees which made for an excellent night sleep. Very nice, new hotel. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had a couple issues during our stay that were immediately taken care of. We stayed here with our family and I would definitely stay again.
