Great location; 5 min walk from the Torquay train station and 10 min walk to the waterfront. Clean, well-maintained and charming room and facilities. Good-sized bathroom with excellent amenities. Cute bar, lounge, and reading room. Nice bit of garden in the front to sit and read or bask in the sun. Excellent breakfast. Above all, charming and lovely hosts Wendy and Steve (Thank you ever so much). We will be coming back for sure.

Wendy and Steve go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel welcome and have everything they need. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The whole property is beautifully decorated, creating a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge choice of fresh options, and the cooked breakfast was made to order and absolutely delicious. As an extra special touch, Wendy even bakes fresh homemade cakes for guests to help themselves to with a cup of tea or coffee, which really makes you feel at home.
