When I arrived, I was told I didn't have a reservation. She asked if I had just booked it that day because they were overbooked. I told her I had booked it 4 days prior. She put. us in another room for the same price, so that was ok.
We were there for 3 nights and never got a visit from housekeeping. We asked for fresh towels and were told that housekeeping was coming (this was around 4 pm). We got back from supper around 8:00 and housekeeping had not been there. I saw a cart and snagged a couple of towels.
The room was incredibly humid even with the (very loud) AC running constantly. Everything felt damp and towels that we hung up never dried to be used again.
