There was a terrible smell in the rooms, and now my belongings have a very strange odor as well. The pool was cold. The hotel lobby is very beautiful, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and unhelpful (Brett). The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms at all—only in the lobby—and cell service in the area is also very poor. Overall, I was left with a very negative impression of this hotel.

What a great surprise just off I 90. We wanted to get a couple hours away from Rapid City on our way back east after touring all day in the Black Hills. Found this place and it was awesome. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, staff was great, pool was fun, breakfast was wonderful. One pro tip I’d add, slip away for dinner at the circle E drive-in. Homegrown beef, 7 ounce bacon cheeseburger best we’ve ever had.
