This was probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The location is tremendously convenient - right on top of the train station! The restaurants and shops (and spa!) in the lower levels are fantastic as well. As an architect, I absolutely love the design of the building and the interior design of the room and lobby. The amenities are great, including the shower room. I definitely plan on coming back to this hotel when I return to Tokyo!

It’s a nice hotel, with a nice view. It’s in a cool location with really nice shops and convenient if you take the train. The only issue is that it’s kind of out the way. Uber/Taxi will drop you off across the street and you have to walk thru the train station, go up some escalators to get to the hotel.

This is a new hotel that has only been open a few weeks, so everything is new clean and fresh. It is located above Oimachi Station with a few train lines to choose from. The hotel room itself is a decent size for Japan standards and with my husband being so tall we needed a king size bed. There were shops all around the station and the hotel itself had a roof top bar, with great views. There was an ice machine/microwave and vending machine on our floor. Overall a great hotel that has a decent sized room with an amazing shower.

This is a new hotel which just opened few months ago, overall the service and the cleanliness is excellent , the size of the room is big, we are staying in corner room which has 3 single beds, we can open our luggage freely without any problem, the location is great and there is a shopping centre just downstairs of the hotel and full of choice the restaurant. However, there are only 8 washing/drying machines in the hotel, therefore every night, you need to spot the vacancy of the machine, even though the hotel provides a live status of the washing machine on TV already, however, some guests didn’t pick up their laundry immediately after finish , sometimes even almost 2 hours without picking up ( the worst I saw is 8 hrs), I think the hotel needs to find a way to fix this problem. Secondly, if you need to extend the check out time, you need to pay for that , even you request for 1 hr extension, you need to pay for that as well.

Pros: Loved the location. Right above the train station and surrounded by awesome cafes/restaurants/711. It's also walking distance to a large mall, Lawson's and other little eateries. There is also a cinema if you have kids. The Airport Limosine Bus from Haneda airport, stopped right outside Oimachi station and that was quite convenient. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, provided free drinking water bottles daily, fresh towels daily and useful toiletries. There was also a daily happy hour from 3pm-8pm for mocktails and amazing coffee. I definitely loved this. The area was very safe, even if you are a solo traveler and reception is open 24/7. Check-in and check-out process was seemless. Cons: We stayed here for 5 nights and my biggest con was the bathroom sink being inside the room. It made getting dressed extremely impossible, where one person had to leave the room for another to get dressed. Self-serve laundry in the hotel was always hard to Access and the cycle runs for at least 1.5 hrs. If winter clothing, you'll need about 4 hours. There is no iron or coffee/tea making facility in the room. There is a microwave, vending machine and ice machine though in the public areas.

Excellent location! right above the station with multiple train lines and limousine bus, one of the shortest station-to-hotel walks in Japan. fresh smell, modern touches like the washer/dryer availability shown on the TV screen thick towels, cozy cotton white pajamas, deep soaking tub and shower, very quiet corner room with tracks view. several shopping centres and supermarkets around the area, suits for everyone. the room also comes with two sets of board game like Jenga to keep my child happy. minor note: the aircon white noise on medium/high, but manageable on low. will definitely stay here again.
