A pousada Ă© legal porĂ©m tivemos experiĂȘncias ruins: combinaram conosco que o restaurante ficaria aberto para ceia de reveillon atĂ© chegarmos e quando chegamos ja estava fechado, antes do horĂĄrio de atendimento, nĂŁo nos deram opção nenhuma de alimentação. NĂŁo havĂ­amos reservado nenhum restaurante na regiĂŁo por causa do acordo feito com a pousada, que nĂŁo cumpriram e nĂŁo tivemos onde ceiar. Nosso quarto era de frente para a piscina e pedimos diversas vezes para trocarmos porque estava com mĂșsica alta atĂ© de madrugada e a funcionĂĄria confirmou que a pousada nĂŁo estava lotada e tinha quartos vazios porĂ©m nĂŁo podia nos trocar. As cadeiras em frente a praia estavam sempre ocupadas por pessoas de fora da pousada que estavam no bar e os hĂłspedes nĂŁo tinham nenhuma prioridade. A estrutura da pousada Ă© bem bacana porĂ©m precisa melhorar o atendimento e valorizar melhor os hĂłspedes, pagamos o valor de um resort por um tratamento ruim e pousada no mĂĄximo 3 estrelas.
