Rooms were nice, and very clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. Restaurant service could be more prompt, and directions could be clearer, but overall, a great and convenient place to stay right by the airport.

When I arrived, there was no one at the hotel. My cab driver drove me around for 10 minutes and came back to the property and finally someone came out of a restaurant. The pool was green and not enjoyable , the reason I booked hotel! I have pictures. There was no bottled water to brush your teeth and the amenities they offered for hygiene.. two used bars of soap, which I have pictures of Stay else where and pay the cab fair to airport save your money.

When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all.
