Love the pool area and the staff is SO nice and accommodating! Only stayed for one night, but would go back

Reception staff really friendly. Room and bathroom was clean. Property could do with a bit of maintenance in places though. Also no safe available in room. Not many sunbeds around the pool. Samman provided us with 2 great tours. He was excellent and went above and beyond.

Poor stay

The place was having work done around the pool, the owners dog bit me in reception the drinks and food is over priced and the location is in the middle of no where. I was booked for two nights but stayed for one, I suppose you get what you pay for lesson learned

Før vores ankomst til hotellet forsøgte vi at klmme i kontakt med dem, men de svarede ikke på beskeder via kontaktformularen og telefonen blev ikke svaret. Poolen var kold. Hotellet var en byggeplads, lige ved siden af restauranten blev der bygget og svejset. Desværre fik vi stjålet nogle smykker på hotellet.

Dolandırıldık…

Bu otelde 1 gece konakladım.Herşey çok güzeldi.Özellikle Mr D.harikaydı.Otel çok temiz ve güzel.Ama büyük bir olumsuzluk yaşadık.Ertesi gün tekrar kalmak için hotels.com üzerinden rezervasyon yapıp ücretini ödedim.15 dk sonra resepsiyon rezervasyonları açık unuttuğunu ve boş oda olmadığını söyledi.İptal etmelerini söyledim.Ederseler cezalı duruma düşeceklerini benim de iptal etmememi aöylediler.Ücret iadesi yapalım dediler fakat ücret iadesinden vazgeçtiler.Başka bir arkadaş otelde konaklama ayarlayacaklarını belirttiler.Diğer oteli beğenmedik ve nakitmücret iadesinde ısrar ettik.Kabul etmediler ve bizim iptal etmemizi istediler.Tabiki son dakika iptali göründüğü için hotels.com ücret iadesi yapamayacağını belirtti.Bilerek cezalı duruma düşürmüş oldular bizi.Ödediğimiz odada kalamadığımız gibi ücret iadesi de olmadı.Kovulur gibi otelden gönderildik.Hiç nazikçe bir davranış değildi.Özür bile dilenmedi.Mağdur edildik.Bu anlamda otel güzel olsa ve 5 yıldız vermiş olsam da yorumun kötü malesef.Gitmeden önce telefonda teyit alın derim.Overbooking olayı oluyor ve mağdur olacağınızı bilin isterim.Kendi hatalarından dolayı mağdur edilip ücret iadesi yapılmaması açıkça dolandırıcılıktır.2 kez aynı odayı satıp 1 kişinin ücretini ödemeyerek 2 katı para kazanan dolandırıcı bir otel konumundadır artık benim için.Bunu bilin ve ona göre davranın derim.Civarda çok daha dürüst samimi ve güzel oteller olduğunu unutmayın.

Herşey çok özenli ve güzeldi

Gititğimizde güler yüzlü yardımsever çalışanlar ve klima ile soğutulmuş temiz bir oda bizi karşıladı. Minneriyaya safariye otel vasıtası ile gittik, güzeldi be eğlendik. Barda her saat yemek var, havuz kenarında.. Personele her konuda destekleri için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz :)
