Unfortunately, when we arrived at the property, we got the information that it was overbooked and that they did not have a room available for us, I made the reservation 30 min. before arrival. The receptionist's approach to the issue was not very nice, no apology and that I should have checked my messages, so it was my fault that I went to the hotel to check-in (?!). He reallocated us to a sister property with a lower star rating (Hotel do Paço by Vima Hotels) nearby which by the way was not nice and not even close to what we originally booked. They were not very keen in helping with the invoicing procedure, I wanted to get the difference in rate refunded and while I had to contact Expedia (who were very helpful) our presence was just ignored in the reception without even a glass of water. The receptionist from the sister hotel wouldn't wait for us, she was very rude over the phone with her colleague and left leaving the key in a locker. Having to deal with this after a full day tiring trip was not really what we expected. Of course, overbookings can happen in every hotel, that is not the point, the point was the customer service this property provided and the friendliness which just did not exist.

Une très jolie Quinta, de beaux espaces verts et une piscine à débordement. Dommage que les chambres ne soient pas insonorisées, entendre les autres clients cracher dans leurs toilettes et tirer les chasses d’eau, déconcertant. Manque de chaleur humaine, hormis les dames qui entretiennent les chambres, souriantes et sympathiques, aucun contact avec un hôte.

El desayuno era con poca variedad pero estaba bien. El baño de la habitación no es nada práctico... El WC separado pero la puerta junto al cabecero de la cama... La ducha fuera del baño y el lavabo igual. Poco práctico. La piscina está bien, pero podría estar más limpia. Se hecha de menos q tenga ducha para entrar a la piscina y así sea más higiénico. La finca es muy bonita, pero podía estar más cuidada. Hay animales en libertad, vimos un poni, un conejo y un gato. La cama es cómoda, se hecha de menos secador en la habitación...

Aunque la estancia fue agradable, hay cosas incomprensibles. No había en el baño ningún colgador, gancho o mueble donde poner la toalla para las manos o para la ducha. El mobiliario de la habitación totalmente insuficiente. Teniendo en cuenta que el alojamiento dispone de piscina, es inexplicable que no haya sitio donde poner a secar las toallas o bañadores. Y claro, tampoco hay secador para el pelo. La piscina cuando llegamos estaba algo verde y aunque días después mejoró, nunca llego a estar limpia y clara. Por el contrario es un lugar muy agradable, con un jardín lleno de frutales, un tobogán, futbolín, cama elástica, porterías...y para ir con niños es un acierto.

Lieu magnifique ! Cet hôtel est vraiment splendide et bien entretenu, personnel accueillant et serviable. Les espaces verts et la piscine sont vraiment agréables. Bonne situation géographique pour se déplacer aux alentours. Petit bémol du logement ; manque de porte manteau (salle de bain) et pas de sèche cheveux Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et recommandons fortement cet hébergement !

O quarto era impecável, fabuloso para as nossas necessidades. Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos. E a Quinta é linda e maravilhosa com uma vista incrível. A única coisa a melhorar era o pequeno almoço, sentimos falta de elementos como ovos mexidos/estrelados, bacon. A torradeira não estava completamente acessível.
