Really special hotel in a great location of Guimaraes. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly, and cater to whatever you need. Breakfast was great. For Europe, these rooms are huge, and charmingly decorated. Pool and patio were great. We will definitely stay here again.

Just amazing!

We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and available, we were greeted with refreshments on arrival and personally walked to our rooms. Great amenities including free access to the steam room located in the spa, a great breakfast with options for all, and a welcome gift of port waiting for us in the room. The room was spacious, with a small kitchenette and a seated living space separate from the bedroom. It’s not a far walk from the central areas of Porto, with easy access to nice places...

The hotel was an adventure in it of itself. Enjoyed wondering the grounds and it is not a far drive to the town. Room was quite spacious.

Our room was upgraded - clean and comfortable, double sinks, Returning later at night to the room, we discovered a bottle of champaign with a beautiful pastry with a candle and matches. They noticed that my husband had a birthday that day. The hotel is in the center of the city, next to Sao Bento train station that we used for reaching close-by towns - Braga, Aveiro. We liked everything!

The hotel is tucked away in the center of town and walking distance to shops and cafe’s. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful with anything you need. They have some street parking available that was convenient. Breakfast is sit down style and with plenty of options. The cost was 15€ per person. Would definitely stay again.

Choose this place If you like peaceful stroll in the garden after your restful sleep. Exceptional staff, especially Sarah 👏. It is close to Sanctuary of Penha and sorrounded by nature.

The room and bathroom were clean. The beds and linens were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel sits in a perfect location. It is close to the parking area if you have a car. Remember to stop at the hotel first to collect the parking card for 5 euro. The historic area is walkable because this hotel is in the center. The art work throughout the hotel adds a special touch. Beautiful property. We have stayed here before. Well located. Nice breakfast. Terrible omelets. Overcooked. Good amenities. The only bad thing is bathroom lighting. It is WAY to dark over mirror. The hand mirror did not light up. They need shower mats as shower is very slippery!

Clean apartment, well equipped, quiet, great location

Rooms were neat and modern, staff were attentive and kind, breakfast was in abundance lots of choices in sweet and savory. Pool area is huge and the sauna was a plus for me after completing the Camino De Santiago.

Carlos was very helpful& gave us great restaurant recommendations& sights to see. The two rooms were great. Spotlessly Clean& we had room 1 ( the best) great new bathroom& beautiful ceilings. Room 2 had beautiful ceilings & much smaller bathroom so if your very tall ( my son 6 feet 7 inches) get bedroom 1 . Great beds & sheets. Breakfast wonderful.
