Overall, the hotel was of good quality and we were satisfied with our stay. The rooms and facilities met our expectations, and the general standard of the hotel was good. The only disappointing aspect was the spa area. It appeared to be open not only to hotel guests but also to local visitors, which made it quite crowded. As a result, there were many people using the pool and sauna who were not staying at the hotel. In addition, there was only one sauna, and it often felt overcrowded and cramped. We had hoped for a more relaxing and exclusive spa experience as hotel guests. Despite this, the hotel itself was good, and the spa facilities were the only area that could be improved.

We stayed at this hotel as it was close to Tashkent airport and we had an early departure. Room was very spacious with plenty of room. The pool and sauna facilities were good. They had separate male and female times. I went once in the afternoon and it was busy and once in the evening and had it all to myself. Location is alright, there are some restaurants nearby. Nice hotel to stay for 1 night if you want to be close to the airport.

Check in was smooth but make sure to print your receipt to show proof that you paid via Expedia since sometimes it can be weird on their end. The gym was quite nice & they have women hours. The room had AC. My only complaint was the heated bathroom, I could not change the temperature no matter what button I clicked. It was always so hot in the bathroom & felt like a sauna.

Had a pretty poor experience here. Needed some laundry done so paid for their laundry service. The staff managed to misplace some of the laundry. Upon challenging this they were not very helpful with providing reimbursement for the lost items. I was informed that the night staff were limited in their power to assist and that I’d have to wait until the day time to organise things with a manager - however I was headed to the airport before the manager would come in. Manager was unresponsive to staff attempts to contact him. Management have subsequently ignored any further requests or communication regarding the issue completely which was my biggest fear when checking out and unfortunately a completely predictable outcome. This sort of sloppy organisation is not acceptable and the poor attempts to “make it right” were virtually non-existent. Property itself was OK - room was fine and reasonably clean.

에어컨이 빵빵했고、방 청소와 침구류 컨디션 등이 매우 훌륭했습니다。특히、 카운터 응대하는 모든 직원이 항상 친절하고 웃음을 유지해 매우 좋았습니다。 하지만 수영장 물이 조금 탁했고、피부에 알러지가 생겨서 조금 아쉬웠습니다。호텔 바로 옆은 아니지만 모스크 공사가 진행중이어서 주차가 조금 아쉽습니다。

Überraschung bei Zimmereintritt

Ein Zimmer war gebucht, ein Suiteähnliches Zimmer habe ich bekommen. Groß, geräumig, sauber, sehr bequem und gut ausgestattet. Ich habe mit meien Kindern super geschlafen, werde auf dem Rückflug wieder hier übernachten. Ein tolles Frühstück hat diese Übernachtung abgerundet. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!
