"The hotel is very comfortable, with modern amenities and many services available. The room was marvelous, with very good beds and a very nice bathroom . Staff are extremely friendly and available to help all the time . Laundry service is very affordable and rapid. Breakfast is varied and delicious with many options to choose from. I deeply recommend this hotel . Very satisfied with it ."

"The hotel is new, clean, and well appointed. The staff is helpful and kind, although the English of the weekend staff could have been better. The weekday staff were quite fluent. I had messaged the hotel before my stay that I would need to reserve an airport transfer early Monday morning. Once I arrived Sunday evening, no one was aware of this or seemed to know how to set this up. I showed them the messages I had sent and insisted that something be arranged. I went to bed uncertain as to how I would get to the airport the next day. And it turned out my alternative, Yandex Go, was unavailable the next morning due to drone strikes in Russia on their servers. All turned out well when I went to the front desk the next morning and a driver was there early, waiting for me. I was very grateful but wished to have been spared the anxiety. People who book here should be aware that alcohol is not served anywhere on the premises. Not a problem necessarily, but just something to know."
