I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rio Cappadocia. Honestly, it’s one of those places where the hospitality makes the whole experience even better. A special thanks to Enzo at the front desk — he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The two ladies at breakfast were also wonderful, always so kind and friendly. And the breakfast… absolutely amazing! Without a doubt, it was the best breakfast I had during my entire stay in Turkey. Everything was delicious, and I looked forward to it every morning. The hotel itself is a great place to stay in Göreme, with a really nice atmosphere and a great location for exploring Cappadocia. The only small issue I had was that the Wi-Fi in Room 101 wasn’t working. Fortunately, there was a router in the room and I had an Ethernet cable with me, so I connected my computer directly and the wired internet worked perfectly. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Rio Cappadocia. A genuinely great place with wonderful people!

I highly recommend this hotel to every person planning to travel to Cappadocia Turkey. it is very close to the airport. The city centre is just about five minutes walk , close to souvenir shops and markets giving you an authentic local feel. From beginning to the end they take care of everything for you. The communication with Fatma is very smooth. They are highly responsive to all your queries so you don’t have to worry about anything. They arrange the pick up from the airport where the driver would wait outside holding your name, this makes you feel very safe. The receptionists Fatma, Ali and Cheten are amazing! The breakfast buffet is delicious with authentic local dishes. the lady in the kitchen is so lovely and kind!She bakes fresh bread, cookies and makes delicious omelettes. The rooms are comfortable with every basic thing you need - a small fridge , television, air-conditioning for the summer, a heater for the winter, hot and cold shower, bath soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. They also provide all toiletries and towels. They are connected with a very good travel agency “I am cappadocia travel and tour”thus, they’re able to organise and book all your necessary tours while you are here. the balcony has an amazing view of goreme, very close to the air balloon takeoff area. early in the morning before sunrise , you can make sure to wake up and be greeted with the most breathtaking view of all the hot air balloons floating in the sky.

Desayuno excelente, pero la habitación necesita mantenimiento Nos alojamos en el Rio Cappadocia Hotel al llegar a Göreme y nos llevamos una decepción con la habitación, ya que las fotos de internet están muy retocadas y no reflejan la realidad. Las condensadoras del aire acondicionado estaban pegadas a la ventana, justo al lado de la cama, y hacían muchísimo ruido. La puerta de la ducha estaba trabada y no corría bien, además de que la regadera se caía constantemente de su soporte al abrir la llave. Tampoco había extractor en el baño, solo un hueco en la pared que daba la impresión de que el hotel aún está en construcción. Lo rescatable que realmente hay que reconocer es el desayuno… estuvo digno de un hotel 5 estrellas.

Tudo funcionou perfeitamente, tivemos uma ótima recepção e em seguida fomos acomodados no quarto 203. O quarto estava muito limpo e era confortável, contendo uma cama Queen, duas poltronas, cafeteira, chá, café, frigobar com água, Tv, ar condicionado, cortinas e um banheiro com ducha e produtos de higiene. Havia também um agradável terraço com vista total da cidade e possibilidade de ver os balões. Mas o que mais nos chamou a atenção foi o delicioso café da manhã típico da Turquia. Se pudesse comeria todos os dias de tão delicioso que estava. Não poderia deixar de agradecer a amabilidade das senhoras que prepararam este breakfast , simpáticas e muito educadas. O staff da recepção também foram muito cordiais e nos ajudavam quando necessário. Deixamos aqui algumas dicas que serão muito úteis para quem chegar pelo aeroporto de Nevşehir/NAV, lá é possível contratar um Shuttle da empresa Cappadocia Airport Public Service (+90 531 735 10 78 Whatsapp) por apenas 400,00 TL (por pessoa) em dinheiro liras turcas, não aceitam cartão, mas no aeroporto é possível sacar nos caixas eletrônicos, e te deixam na porta do hotel. A localização do hotel é perfeita e muito próximo de supermercados como o A101. Não deixem em hipótese alguma de contratar o RED Tour e o GREEN Tour pois são passeios inesquecíveis com guia. Espero que aproveitem tudo como nós aproveitamos.
